No primeiro contato para tentar resolver, fui atendida e quando falei do problema não tive mais retorno. Quando tento ligar do meu número não sou atendida, somente quando ligo de outro e ainda sim, eles não se dispõe a resolver o problema. A partir do momento que ligo de um número, na próxima tentativa já não sou mais atendida.
I bought a box bed and a mattress in this company on April 9th. Today, the 23rd of / 4 the mattress is completely sunk in the middle, impossible to use. In the first contact to try to resolve it, I was attended to and when I spoke about the problem I had no further feedback. When I try to call from my number, I am not answered, only when I call another and yet, they are not willing to solve the problem. From the moment I call a number, on the next attempt I am no longer answered.
