Depois de reclamar com a loja, o fabricante mandou uma pessoa vistoriar. Constatou defeito e providenciou troca. O colchão que veio no lugar é extremamente DURO! Tive que colocar outro colchão em cima para poder dormir sem dor! Questionado, fabricante respondeu que fui eu que não me adaptei ao colchão!!!!
NÃO jogue seu dinheiro fora, NÃO compre produto desta empresa!!!
I bought a Hotel Dream mattress from this brand. Theoretically I would support 150 kg, well above my weight. In less than a year he deformed. After complaining to the store, the manufacturer had someone inspect it. He found a defect and arranged an exchange. The mattress that came in is extremely HARD! I had to put another mattress on top to be able to sleep without pain! Asked, the manufacturer replied that it was me who did not adapt to the mattress !!!!
DO NOT throw your money away, DO NOT buy products from this company !!!

O COLCHÃO DEVERIA durar no mínimo 5 anos conforme INMETRO
Tentei contatos com a colchobel para troca pois isto é um problema de FABRICAÇÃO mas não tive sucesso.
I bought a NEW Colchobel mattress and with a year and a half of use the mattress disassembled.
THE MATTRESS SHOULD last for at least 5 years according to INMETRO
I tried contacts with colchobel for exchange because this is a MANUFACTURING problem but I was not successful.
