â â â â â NĂŁo indico nenhum empreendimento em que a AB construtora esteja envolvida. Fiz mais de 5 vistorias e sempre falta alguma coisa, ainda nĂŁo recebi o apartamento sendo que o prazo de entrega vai fazer aniversĂĄrio. Fora que nĂŁo entregam o que estĂĄ em contrato. Tento contato com eles e Ă© uma dificuldade.
 I do not indicate any undertaking in which AB Construtora is involved. I did more than 5 inspections and something is always missing, I haven't received the apartment yet and the delivery time will be anniversary. Other than that they do not deliver what is in contract. I try to contact them and it is a difficulty.

â â â â â Construtora nĂŁo confiĂĄvel aparentemente! Meu bloco encontra-se todo rachado nas zonas horizontais e verticais no condomĂnio, com alto tamanho na aparĂȘncia. Nas rachaduras do teto dĂĄ para passar atĂ© um cartĂŁo.
Ao invés de um engenheiro olhar e dizer se ocorre risco ou não, foi enviado um PEDREIRO e não um ENGENHEIRO. Que horror, AB Construtora.
Ah, nĂŁo conseguimos dormir direito, pois sĂŁo 6 anos ouvindo estalos da no teto/parede da sala, cozinha e quartos em alto volume sonoro. Medo todos os dias do condomĂnio cair.
Apparently unreliable builder! My block is all cracked in the horizontal and vertical areas in the condominium, with a large size in appearance. In the cracks in the ceiling you can even pass a card.
Instead of an engineer looking and saying if there is a risk or not, a MASON and not an ENGINEER was sent. What a horror, AB Construtora.
Ah, we were unable to sleep well, as it's been 6 years listening to crackles on the ceiling / wall of the living room, kitchen and bedrooms at high volume. Everyday fear of the condo falling.
