Porém, hj chego às 17:30 para deixar uma lavadora para orçamento e já estava fechado, sendo que no Google diz que o horário é até às 18. Poxa, atualizem então o horário. Sai mais cedo do trabalho pra isso e perdi viagem com a máquina no carro.
I have already used the services of this assistance and I was well attended. However, today I arrive at 17:30 to leave a washing machine for budget and it was already closed, and Google says that the time is until 18. Wow, then update the time. I left work early for that and I missed the trip with the machine in the car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No site fala que fecha as 17:30, cheguei as 17:20 no dia 21/12/21 e eu vi a mulher fechar a loja, liguei pra ela e ela falou que não dava mais para atender...lástima. ainda expliquei que vim de longe e nem pra mover um fio de cabelo ao favor do cliente. Parabéns.
Segue a foto que comprova que cheguei era 17:20, gastei alguns minutos te ligando, e ainda tenho mais provas que cheguei nesse horario.
Agora se vcs não concorda com meu relato paciência, ta ai mais uma prova que vcs não estão nem aí para o cliente e se justificando com inverdades. Gastei meu tempo, gastei gasolina (que não ta barato) para chegar ai antes do horario de fechar para bater com a porta na cara, gastei um tempo ainda para achar o tel de vcs no google pq vcs não recebem chamada pelo whats e ainda esta falando que eu não cheguei antes das 17:30? Eu que não admito que vcs falam aqui uma coisa dessa. Esta me chamando de mentiroso?

Now if you don't agree with my report, patience, there's one more proof that you don't care about the client and justifying yourself with untruths. I wasted my time, I wasted gasoline (which is not cheap) to get there before closing time to slam the door in your face, I took some time to find your tel on google because you don't receive a call on whats and it's still saying I didn't arrive before 5:30pm? I don't admit that you guys say something like that here. Are you calling me a liar?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui até a loja para compra de uma mangueira e em nenhum momento tive um bom atendimento, fiquei de retornar um outro dia, porém pedi a solicitação de um orçamento por WhatsApp e até o momento não tive um retorno na conversa, atendimento péssimo.
