Fundada em novembro de 1983, a GUARUBOR está situada em Guarulhos e sempre procurou oferecer um diferencial ao mercado especializando-se na fabricação de materiais nobres de borracha como laminados para confecção de diafragmas e anéis de vedação e, também, na fabricação de peças especiais em variados tipos de elastômeros.
