Consulta com horário agendado pedem pra chegar com 30 minutos de antecedência e atendem três horas depois ( absurdooooooo, qual o sentido de agendar um horário ao qual vc não será atendido????), antes disso uma funcionária diz estar dando "palestra" com informações sobre "alimentação saudável" informações essas que qualquer Bem Estar da vida dá todos os dias na televisão. As pessoas já otimizam seu tempo o máximo possível para conseguir com muito custo ir ao médico em busca de um diagnóstico claro e direto em um tempo mínimo de espera e se depara com um lugar desses, é de matar qualquer um. Lugar cheio de idosos com limitações, as vezes com fome aguardando todo esse tempo para ser atendido, um descaso total. Clínica que nunca mais gostaria de retornar.

Consultation with scheduled time ask to arrive 30 minutes in advance and attend three hours later (absurdlyoooooo, what is the point of scheduling a time that you will not be attended ????), before that an employee says she is giving "lecture" with information about "healthy eating" information that any Wellness in life gives every day on television. People are already optimizing their time as much as possible to be very cost-effective going to the doctor for a clear and straightforward diagnosis in a minimum of waiting time and are faced with such a place is to kill anyone. Place full of elderly with limitations, sometimes hungry waiting all this time to be attended, a total neglect. Clinic I would never want to return to.

Obrigado por sua visão interna, pelo jeito essa clinica é cheia de esquemas e maracutaias, totalmente errada, antiética e corrupta....
I was going to make an appointment at this clinic, after the comments and exposure of one of the former employees, I changed my mind.
Thank you for your internal vision, by the way this clinic is full of schemes and tricks, totally wrong, unethical and corrupt ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pudesse dar zero eu dava. Telefone só chama e quando atende simplesmente o atendente desliga na sua cara. Uma falta de desrespeito muito grande com o paciente. Ninguém vai comprar um lanche não, TDS vão a procura de um especialista pq estão doentes. Falta de despreparo total.
If I could give zero I would. The phone only calls and when you answer the call simply hang up on you. A great lack of disrespect for the patient. Nobody is going to buy a snack, TDS is looking for a specialist because they are sick. Lack of total unpreparedness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalhei nesse lugar, e os funcionários são treinados para mentir aos pacientes, como por exemplo: se você precisar retornar com um médico em menos de 30 dias eles não vão marcar sua consulta, vão dizer que não tem vaga, quando na verdade eles não aceitam retornos pois os convênios não pagam, mesmo o retorno sendo um direito!!! Tudo o que importa é o ganho da clínica, e também dependendo do seu convênio eles irão marcar apenas uma quantidade certa por mês de consultas para você. Quando médico falta sem justificativa os funcionários inventam histórias e entre outros.
Se é ruim para os pacientes, imagine para os funcionários que têm que viver mentindo o tempo todo por ordem da administração.
E em questão do telefone que ninguém atende, não é culpa dos funcionários e sim do dono que é mão de vaca e se recusa a contratar funcionários suficientes para cada um realizar uma tarefa específica!
I worked at this place, and the staff are trained to lie to patients, for example: if you need to return with a doctor in less than 30 days they will not make your appointment, they will say that there is no vacancy, when in fact they do not accept returns because the covenants do not pay, even the return being a right !!! All that matters is the gain of the clinic, and also depending on their agreement they will mark only a certain amount per month queries for you. When a doctor is absent without justification, employees make up stories and so on.
If it's bad for patients, imagine for employees who have to live lying all the time by order of administration.
And in a matter of phone no answer, it is not the fault of the staff but the owner who is hand cow and refuses to hire enough employees to each perform a specific task!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, ñ atendem o telefone, média de tempo para ser atendido pelo médico espera 1 hora ou mais, tempo no consultório médico 1 minuto, pois mal olham na sua cara. Se quiserem ser mal atendido, essa clínica é o lugar ideal.
Lousy service, ñ they answer the phone, average time to be attended by the doctor waits 1 hour or more, time in the doctor's office 1 minute, as they barely look you in the face. If you want to be poorly attended, this clinic is the ideal place.
