★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessa clínica vivemos no século passado.... Não é possível marcar horário, atendem somente por ordem de chegada. Vc perde sua manhã ou sua tarde na incerteza de quando será atendido. Não importa se vc esteja com criança.
É um absurdo que em plena Av. Portugal tenhamos esse tipo de serviço. Vou inclusive reclamar com o credenciamento do meu convênio.
 In this clinic we live in the last century .... It is not possible to make an appointment, they only attend on a first-come, first-served basis. You lose your morning or afternoon in the uncertainty of when you will be attended. It doesn't matter if you're with a child.
It is absurd that in the middle of Av. Portugal we have this type of service. I will even complain with the accreditation of my agreement.

Não recomendo!
Outra novidade:quando ligam as atendentes dizem que é ordem de chegada a partir das 13:00,porém depois de fazer a ficha fomos informados que a médica por vir de SP vai chegar a partir das 15:30.
Absurdo e falta de responsabilidade/respeito com o ser humano.

I do not recommend!
Another news: when they call the attendants say it is order of arrival from 13:00, but after making the form we were informed that the doctor coming from SP will arrive from 15:30.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Sérgio é um ótimo profissional. As recepcionistas são atenciosas. Antes da Pandemia realmente demorava o atendimento, mas vale a pena esperar por um profissional como o Dr Sérgio. Agora estão marcando horário e o atendimento não está demorando.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mandei foto da carteirinha por watsup para marcar exame e mesmo assim quando cheguei aqui disseram que não atendia Bradesco saúde, tive que pagar o exame porque precisava. Incompetentes ou mal intencionados.
I sent a photo of my card via watsup to schedule an exam and even so when I got here they said I didn't attend Bradesco Saúde, I had to pay for the exam because I needed to. Incompetent or malicious.

Only go if you have nothing to do for the day. Absurd delays. Nor should they schedule as they are not able to maintain the schedule.

Poderiam melhorar isso, já que pelos comentários, virou rotina na clinica.
