Liguei e ele me disse que chegaria na segunda-feira, dia 24/01, mas não chegou.
Liguei novamente e ele me disse que a entrega foi cancelada e só será entregue na quarta-feira, dia 26/01.
Meu trabalho ficará parado por uma semana, pq o vendedor não cumpriu o prazo de entrega e sequer se preocupou em me ligar para avisar dos atrasos.
Total falta de respeito com o cliente.
Não pretendo voltar.
I bought a floor on Wednesday, the 19/01. The seller promised me delivery for Friday, 21/01, but it didn't arrive.
I called and he told me he would arrive on Monday, 01/24, but he didn't.
I called again and he told me that the delivery was canceled and will only be delivered on Wednesday the 26/01.
My work will be stopped for a week, because the seller didn't meet the delivery deadline and didn't even bother to call me to let me know about the delays.
Total lack of respect for the customer.
I don't intend to go back.
