★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conheço o dia a dia, pois só fui para conhecer um apartamento para alugar, então o tempo que estive por lá, achei os corredores bem escuro e com cheiro de naftalina muito forte, os apartamentos achei muito pequenas as cozinhas, não tem espaço para geladeira, fogão, estranho! Parece não ter manutenção nos apartamentos, tem uns de canto que as cozinhas são um pouco maiores, mas são apenas 4 em cada andar. A área comum não é bem cuidada, tem um pátio enorme que não é usado, poderiam usar de garagem ou play para as crianças!
I don't know everyday life, as I just went to see an apartment for rent, so while I was there, I found the corridors very dark and with a very strong mothball smell, the apartments I thought the kitchens were too small, there is no space for fridge, stove, stranger! There seems to be no maintenance in the apartments, there are some corners where the kitchens are a little bigger, but there are only 4 on each floor. The common area is not well taken care of, it has a huge patio that is not used, they could use a garage or play for the children!
