A clínica é ótima no geral, possui um bom espaço, com boa limpeza, bom atendimento da recepção, mas a espera para consulta médica é PÉSSIMA. Eu passei hoje, 18/01, com a Dra. Rosangela, ginecologista, cheguei 15 minutos antes do horário da consulta e fiquei 1 hora e 15 minutos esperando. Acredito que isso deva ser revisto, uma vez que é um desrespeito com os pacientes.
AN HOUR OF WAITING!
The clinic is great in general, has a good space, with good cleanliness, good service from the reception, but the wait for medical consultation is TERRIBLE. I spent today, 01/18, with Dr. Rosangela, a gynecologist, I arrived 15 minutes before the appointment time and stayed 1 hour and 15 minutes waiting. I believe that this should be reviewed, since it is disrespectful to patients.

For 2 years I have been a patient at the clinic and I am very grateful to everyone who welcomed me with such affection since the first consultation.

Débora, excelente Hematologista, muito atenciosa, estudiosa, atualizada com os assuntos e que olha o paciente de forma individual e não como apenas um resultado de exame. Parabéns a todos da Equipe, incluindo as pessoas da Recepção que são sempre muito atenciosos. Recomendo extremamente o Consultório.
Excellent Clinic. Congratulations to Dr. Débora, excellent Hematologist, very attentive, studious, up to date with the subjects and who looks at the patient individually and not just as an exam result. Congratulations to everyone on the Team, including the Reception staff who are always very attentive. I highly recommend the practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida desde a recepção até a consulta com a dr Gabriele...a única observação é que poderiam ampliar os convênios com a intermedica PSA e ter convênio com algum Estacionamento próximo.
I was very well assisted from the reception until the consultation with Dr Gabriele... the only observation is that they could expand the agreements with intermedica PSA and have an agreement with a nearby parking lot.
