Ela faz tantos questionamentos e gera uma confusão ao tentar agendar um simples retorno, só Deus mesmo para ter paciência!! Queremos agilidade e resolutividade ao agendar as consultas! Péssimo atendimento da funcionária Sandra!!!
If it depends on the employee Sandra at the reception, no one will return with Dr. Rodrigo da Onco !!! She asks so many questions and creates a mess when trying to schedule a simple return, only God to be patient!! We want agility and resoluteness when scheduling appointments! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não muito boa, o Rodrigo , q eh o principal onco sequer te dá uma avaliação do caso. A indicação seria pra passar com ele, mas nem chegou perto do meu cachorro. Acho q virou estrela da tv.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom, porém só aceitam dinheiro ou cheque... E a NF só é emitida para serviços. Não emitem NF para medicamentos utilizados. Isto cheira sonegação de imposto mas fazer o que né!?!?
Very good service, but they only accept cash or check ... And the NF is only issued for services. They do not issue invoices for medicines used. This smells like tax evasion but do what right!?!?
