★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao indico,pelo fato de nao comprir o conbinado, corretora estava mal informada sobre o imóvel que aluguei,... resumindo, procurei a tal imobiliária para locar um ponto comercial, foi me passado q estaria tudo em ordem estacionamento incluso junto com o condomínio,após me mudar,hoje pago estacionamento não tenho água potável para beber, entrando em contato com a imobiliária para esta me resolvendo,a corretora me disse que simplesmente nao poderia fazer nada para eu me virar com o dono,mais o valor da comissão recebido por eles não me foi devolvido. Então fica um alerta... comigo nao deu certo ,tive q eu mesmo pintar o imóvel e fazer todo o processo sozinho, a imobiliária comigo nao foi legal e nao me deu suporte, um erro grave para um escritório que precisa ser sério e manter transparência com seus clientes

So there's an alert ... with me it did not work, I had to paint the property myself and do the whole process myself, the real estate company with me was not nice and did not give me support, a serious mistake for an office that needs to be serious and keep transparency with its customers

Poor service. Phone registered on the website and WhatsApp number do not answer. Text messages via WhatsApp are answered days later with disjointed information.
