★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO!!!!! As informações não são passadas de forma clara. Você fica perdido durante todo o processo de compra. Os valores informados são quase o dobro na realidade. Existe uma assessoria que presta serviço para eles mas você só fica sabendo que tem que pagar por este serviço próximo a data da assinatura do financiamento. Sinceramente melhor seria ter feito a compra do imóvel direto com o proprietário. Você terá mais frustrações do que alegrias.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! The information is not passed on clearly. You are lost throughout the purchase process. The reported values are almost double in reality. There is an advisory service that provides services for them but you only know that you have to pay for this service close to the date of signing the financing. Honestly it would be better to have bought the property directly from the owner. You will have more frustrations than joys.
