★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só coloquei uma estrela, pois se não tem como postar, péssimo serviço prestado, não conseguiu deixar a máquina funcionando, voltou três vezes e não consertou nada, ainda para piorar colocou a peça não original, cobrou o valor de R$350, 00, agendei mais duas vezes e não compareceu e nem deu satisfação, a Sra. Adriana que atendente o telefone não tem nenhuma qualificação para o trato com os clientes, liguei no SAC da Electrolux, que informou que a Abrastecck Assistência técnica NÃO É AUTORIZADA.
NÃO RECOMENDO...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! estou com a geladeira danificada, sem gelar. Marquei a visita e deram para o período da tarde e eles não foram e não avisaram. Isso porque liguei no meio tarde para confirmar se iriam mesmo. Nunca acionem essa empresa! Falta de profissionalismo!
Terrible! I have a damaged refrigerator, without freezing. I booked the visit and gave for the afternoon and they did not go and did not warn me. That's because I called in the middle of the afternoon to confirm that they were going. Never trigger this company! Lack of professionalism!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento.....a pessoa que se diz gerente se faz de mal entendida....você tem que repetir a situação 3 vezes para ela desligar na sua cara.
Minha máquina está na garantia e simplesmente não me atendem e quando atende marca de aparecer na minha casa e não aparecem.
Não te dão sequer uma satisfação....NÃO RECOMENDO!VOU DAR UMA ESTRELA POR QUE SENÃO NÃO CONSIGO POSTAR......AINDA POR CIMA!
Bad service ..... the person who says manager makes a misunderstanding .... you have to repeat the situation 3 times to turn it off in your face.
My machine is in warranty and simply do not meet me and when it meets brand show up at my house and do not appear.

Não recomendo nem se for a última empresa existente para fazer serviços. A atendente tem limitações q não a permitem responder a uma ligação. Sinceramente... Não recomendo!

Mas do mais, me atendeu de forma rápida, acertiva! Estou dando essa nota, pois resolveu na terça-feira de forma rápida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha geladeira começou a gelar pouco, chamei o técnico e ele garantiu que uma limpeza no motor, faria a troca de calor melhorar e a geladeira voltaria a gelar. A limpeza não resolveu, ele cobrou R$400,00 em 2x.
Eu reclamei e solicitei que o técnico retornasse, mas sem sucesso. Marcaram 3 vezes e não apareceram. Eles não retornam mais minhas mensagens. Me sinto enganada. Não tive outro escolha e sustei o segundo cheque por desacordo comercial. Perdi 200,00.
