★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gente, acho muito difícil me comunicar com a imobiliária. Tenho interesse em imóveis que eles colocam em anúncios. Tento agendar pelo número disponível e não tenho retorno. Falo com corretores de lá diretamente, não tenho retorno. Já cheguei a ir lá e me disseram que iam mandar propostas que nunca chegaram. Difícil.
Guys, I find it very difficult to communicate with the real estate agency. I am interested in properties that they place in advertisements. I try to book by the available number and I have no return. I speak with brokers there directly, I have no return. I even went there and was told they were going to send proposals that never arrived. Difficult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou morador do the home (lagoa nova). Nós moradores daqui estamos a mais de seis meses esperando pelo salão de jogos. Não há nenhum interesse concreto das partes, apenas falsas promessas, e alguns quadrados desenhados no chão (onde deveriam ficar os equipamentos).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com essa imobiliária, depois que vc assina contrato com eles, é só descaso com o cliente!! eles simplesmente não atendem vc, por nenhum tipo de canal de atendimento, os números que estão no site ninguém atende, chama, chama, chama e ninguém atende, ou dá a msg "usuário desejado não responde" a opção pelo what é outro enganação, vc manda a msg pela manhã e ninguém responde!! um absurdooooo!!!
Bad experience with this realtor, after you sign a contract with them, it's just neglect with the customer!! they just don't answer you, by any type of service channel, the numbers that are on the site no one answers, calls, calls, calls and no one answers, or gives the message "desired user does not answer" the option for what is another deception, you send the message in the morning and no one responds!! an absurd!!!

Eles nao tem nenhum respeito pelos clientes e nunca resolvem os problemas e tentam te culpar e nao tem a mínima responsabilidade pelo ou interesse em resolver os problemas acarretados por inquilinos. Total despreparo profissional ou falta de interesse mesmo. Eu tinha 3 imoveis que estavam alugados e administrados por essa imobiliaria e tive problema nos 3 imoveis e nada foi resolvido e agora este claro que eles apenas recebem o dinheiro do aluguel e repassam p mim tirando a porcentagem de administração deles, mas eles nao estão administrando os imoveis como eu gostaria. Um dos imoveis esta alugado ha mais de 3 anos e somente agora soube pelo inquilino que esta com um problema de cupim e quando perguntei a eles se eles estavam fazendo vistoria, a resposta foi que eles nunca foram na residencia, pois eu nunca solicitei, mas como eles estão administrando o imovei eu esperava que eles estivessem por dentro de tudo o que esta acontecendo com o imóvel. Esse e apenas um dos problemas que estou passando com essa imobiliária. Não recomendo essa imobiliária para ninguém. Foi minha pior experiência com imobiliária. Equipe sem nenhum repeito ou compromisso com os clientes.
My experience was the worst with this realtor. They have no respect for customers and never solve problems and try to blame you and have no responsibility for or interest in solving problems brought on by tenants. Total professional unpreparedness or lack of interest at all. I had 3 properties that were rented and managed by this real estate company and I had a problem in the 3 properties and nothing was resolved and now it is clear that they only receive the rent money and pass it on to me, taking away the percentage of their administration, but they are not managing the properties as I would like. One of the properties has been rented for more than 3 years and only now I learned from the tenant that he has a termite problem and when I asked them if they were doing an inspection, the answer was that they never went to the residence, as I never asked, but as they are managing the property, I expected them to be on top of everything that is happening with the property. This is just one of the problems I'm having with this realtor. I do not recommend this property to anyone. It was my worst real estate experience. Team without any respect or commitment to customers.
