★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma conta pelo site a compra demorou quase dois dias para chegar e ainda por cima mandaram o medicamento errado.
O motoqueiro levou para trocar já fazem 8 horas e até agora não veio deixar...algo q já foi pago.
O que mais me indigna é por se tratar de remédio algo de urgência.Nao recomendo essa farmácia
 I made an account on the website the purchase took almost two days to arrive and on top of that they sent the wrong medicine.
The biker took it to change already 8 hours ago and until now it didn't come to leave ... something that has already been paid.
What most unworthy me is because it is something of urgency. I do not recommend this pharmacy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma compra pelo site e selecionei a opção de receber na loja, mas quando fui buscar, no domingo à noite, me informaram que a entrega (mesmo sendo na loja) só poderia ser feita de segunda a sexta. Outra questão é que o site só disponibilizou uma loja para poder retirar. Essa loja fica a quase 5 km da minha casa...um absurdo e falta de respeito. PS: no site dizia que eu poderia retirar o produto até 1 horas depois do pedido aprovado, mas não foi o que aconteceu. No site não fala nada sobre entrega, na loja, em dias úteis. Somente para entrega pelos correios.
I made a purchase on the website and selected the option to receive it at the store, but when I went to pick it up, on Sunday night, I was informed that delivery (even at the store) could only be made from Monday to Friday. Another issue is that the site only made available a store to be able to withdraw. This store is almost 5 km from my house ... absurd and disrespectful. PS: on the website it said that I could remove the product within 1 hour after the approved order, but that is not what happened. The website does not say anything about delivery, in the store, on working days. Only for delivery by post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz duas compras anteriores no site da Pague Menos e não tive problemas. Porém, dia 21/06/20, fiz outro pedido online e tive o AZAR de ele ter sido direcionado para essa loja.
O pedido não chegou no prazo informado (23/06/20). Liguei para a central hoje e eles abriram protocolo. Não deu 5min, a loja ligou para mim, alertando sobre a falta de um produto e perguntando se eu queria readequar ou cancelar o pedido. Autorizei a readequação às 11h e eles disseram que a entrega ia ser feita logo em seguida.
Deu 20h e nada. Liguei INÚMERAS vezes para a farmácia, tanto para o fixo quanto para o celular, mas NÃO atenderam. Só me restou ligar novamente para a central e CANCELAR o pedido.
UM APELO: TENHAM MAIS RESPEITO COM O CONSUMIDOR, principalmente com aqueles que estão em estado de dor e buscam alívio e conforto por meio do serviço que vocês NÃO estão prestando a contento
I made two previous purchases on the Pague Menos website and had no problems. However, on 06/21/20, I placed another order online and I had the luck that he was directed to this store.
The request did not arrive on time (23/06/20). I called the central today and they opened a protocol. It didn't take 5 minutes, the store called me, warning about the lack of a product and asking if I wanted to readjust or cancel the order. I authorized the readjustment at 11 am and they said that the delivery would be made soon after.
It was 20h and nothing. I called Numerous times to the pharmacy, both for landline and cell phone, but they did not answer. I just had to call the central again and CANCEL the order.
ONE APPEAL: HAVE MORE RESPECT FOR THE CONSUMER, especially those who are in a state of pain and seek relief and comfort through the service that you are NOT providing satisfactorily
