Gente, é um absurdo o descaso, vamos recaptular: Há quase três anos, eu cobro um contrato de aluguel que me pertence e sem sucesso. Vou dizer exatamente o que o responsável da imobiliária disse: " Que eu tenho ciência, que a proprietária reconheceu firma e levou minha via do contrato por engano" palavras dele. Agora, vamos analisar gente: Se a proprietária adquiriu os serviços da imobiliária, o dever da imobiliária era solucionar o caso. O cidadão disse que iria buscar o contrato, tenho o áudio comigo e não foi buscar. Agora não tem nada haver se passou Janeiro, Fevereiro etc é um documento que nos pertence e não tivemos isso com a gente. Esse é um dos problemas. Porque o outro problema foi a questão do financiamento, o cidadão disse que desistimos do nada. Vou relatar alguns dos motivos: Quando eu queria saber alguma coisa sobre o financiamento, nós que tínhamos que ir a imobiliária, saber de alguma coisa, assim mesmo eram sempre respostas vagas, ou mandavamos mensagens para saber sobre alguma novidade, visualizava e tínhamos que mandar novamente mensagem cobrando se tinha alguma posição. Não tínhamos contato algum com o agente caixa para manter uma conversa sobre o financiamento e o cidadão alega que temos contrato assinado. Onde? Porque nós não assinamos nada e muito menos registramos em cartório. Fiz um depósito de Quinhentos reais para a construtora, o responsável da imobiliária, pediu por áudio o número da conta, para fazer o distrato e devolver o dinheiro, também tenho o áudio. Agora vamos analisar: Fazer distrato do que? Se não tem contrato assinado. Vou para justiça e lá vou explicar que fiquei todo esse tempo sem meu contrato de aluguel, tenho áudio cobrando o contrato, quero que ele apresente o contrato , que ele diz que assinamos reconhecido por cartório, porque eu não tenho contrato nenhum de compra e venda. A única coisa que eu possuo gente é um comprovante de depósito da lotérica que vou anexar a Justiça também. Estou cobrando o que é meu por direito e ajudando como eu sempre digo outras pessoas .
