Marcia, que nunca, NUNCA está PRESENTE, NÃO RETORNA LIGAÇÃO. meu contrato de locação vence hoje, não vou renovar, e estou tentando contato a 3 dias com a responsável na imobiliária, e ninguém me retorna. MUITO DIFÍCIL, PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO

O que eu fizer hoje será jogado fora também? Absurdo...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que falta no lugar é um empenho mais interessado e atuante da área de locação perdi um imóvel por conta da falta de comunicação se existe um Whatsapp para se comunicar acredito que deve ser usado.
What is lacking in the place is a more interested and active commitment from the rental area I lost a property because of the lack of communication if there is a Whatsapp to communicate I believe it should be used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima prestação de serviço. Rápido para todo o processo de aluguel e devagar para solucionar problemas. Aluguei uma casa que parecia estar em ótimas condições e no primeiro dia na casa milhões de problemas, goteiras, vazamento debaixo da pia da cozinha, falta de pressão de água nas torneiras. Solicitei a imobiliária que pedisse para a proprietária solução para os problemas, 20 dias para me falarem que a proprietária não tinha encanador para resolver o problema que eu poderia fazer orçamento com alguém, fiz o orçamento e não foi autorizado o concerto, a proprietária mandou um pedreiro dela um dia depois. Ele fez metade do serviço e voltou somente um mês e meio depois para terminar. Muito difícil resolver as coisas com eles, prestação de serviço péssima! Não indico....
Bad service delivery. Fast for the entire rental process and slow for troubleshooting. I rented a house that seemed to be in great condition and on the first day in the house millions of problems, leaks, leaks under the kitchen sink, lack of water pressure in the taps. I asked the real estate agent to ask the owner to solve the problems, 20 days to tell me that the owner did not have a plumber to solve the problem, I could budget with someone, I made the budget and the repair was not authorized, the owner sent a mason of her a day later. He did half the job and came back just a month and a half later to finish. Very difficult to work things out with them, very bad service! I do not indicate....
