 Old agency and when I went, of five fans, only ONE was on, in a practically closed environment. Not all windows worked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável, vergonhoso e amador! 17 de Maio de 2022 e a agencia cheia e TODOS os ventiladores estavam desligados, nao, nao estava frio e é necessária a ventilação em locais fechados! Atendimento lento, demorado e com 4 guichês! NAO RECOMENDO
Disgraceful, shameful and amateurish! May 17, 2022 and the agency was full and ALL the fans were off, no, it was not cold and ventilation is needed in closed places! Slow service, long and with 4 counters! I DO NOT RECOMMEND
