★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Odiei a experiência, e apenas perdi meu tempo e paciência. Fui até essa agencia, não aceita cartão de débito como todas as outras da zona oeste, inclusive as franqueadas. E quando fui fazer o envio da minha encomenda disseram que eu tinha que ir ate a copiadora e pagar pela xerox mais super faturada que já vi na minha vida. Não enviei por lá, chegando no correio seguinte fui informada que tudo isso que aconteceu esta errado, principalmente o fato de cobrar por algo que o correios fornece. Dei uma estrela pois é preciso avaliar, senão seria negativa -10. Ainda vou fazer uma reclamação junto ao correios, pelo tempo que perdi.
I hated the experience, and just wasted my time and patience. I went to this agency, does not accept debit cards like all the others in the west, including franchisees. And when I went to send my order they said that I had to go to the copier and pay for the most over-invoiced copy that I have ever seen in my life. I did not send it there, arriving at the next post I was informed that all that happened is wrong, mainly the fact of charging for something that the post office provides. I gave it a star because it is necessary to evaluate, otherwise it would be negative -10. I will still make a complaint with the post office, for the time I lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imagine a minha surpresa quando chego do trabalho e me deparo com uma pessoa proxima a mim quase chorando, por que tanto atendente quanto o proprio gerente criaram uma falsa acusação de violação de embalagem e uma cena de se fez de ofendido e quero uma retratação formal pelo simples fato de ela reclamar que a embalagem estava em condições. Nem preciso dizer que outra agencia aceitou a mesma embalagem supostamente violada sem problama algum. Apenas não perderei mais meu tempo com esta "Agência", afinal é por conta desse tipo de atebdimento "especial" que o ocorreios será privatizado.
Imagine my surprise when I come home from work and find a person next to me almost crying, because both the attendant and the manager themselves have created a false accusation of packaging violation and a scene of being offended and want a formal retraction by just because she complained that the packaging was in good condition. Needless to say, another agency accepted the same package allegedly violated without any complaint. I just won't waste my time with this "Agency", after all it is because of this kind of "special" arrangement that the events will be privatized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento não é o mais simpático, mas filas são organizadas e serviço até que é rápido. Evite hora do almoço pois além de cheio, atendentes vão almoçar e ficam 1 ou 2 atendendo.
Service is not the friendliest, but queues are organized and service is quick. Avoid lunch time because in addition to full, attendants will have lunch and stay 1 or 2 attending.
