Primeiramente, como temos apenas uma agência para todo o litoral norte?
Além disso, eles não abrem no horário, só funcionam até às 12:00(meio dia) e além disso distribuem 30 senhas por dia, sinceramente é uma tremenda falta de respeito.
Pra conseguir pegar minha encomenda, eu tive que chegar as 6 da manhã e pegar uma fila enorme, e isso em plena pandemia.
Quem tem dúvidas de que o correios tem que ser privatizado não conhece essa agência.
Por isso, hoje só compro no mercado livre, mesmo tendo que pagar um pouquinho mais caro as vezes, isso me livra de todo o tormento e dor de cabeça de ir nessa agência, e além disso, pessoas da praia do forte pegam sua encomenda na agência pois tem parentes que trabalham lá dentro, e ainda cobram pelo "serviço", ou seja, as câmeras dentro da agência não servem PARA NADA.

Deveria ser mudado os funcionários ou a direção deste conjunto, porque não é possível que ninguém consigo vê as barbaridades que acontece alí.
Estava na fila " enorme" e só tinha uma pessoa atendendo, e este indivíduo se levantou e foi ao banheiro deixando todos que ali estavam enquanto os restaurantes dos funcionários não dava um minino de atenção.
Sei que o rapaz precisa fazer suas necessidades,mas ninguém tem obrigação de fica esperando sendo que enquanto este rapaz saía outro poderia muito bem fica no lugar.
Mas enfim, o que aconteceu é que é o pior correio que eu já fui, e sinceramente têm muito, muito, muito o que melhora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já tive a infelicidade de ir a esse lugar algumas vezes, péssimas experiências. Um dos funcionários demora muito para tender, chama gente fora da fila, atende de novo quem já foi atendido. A agência abre 8h e os funcionários chegam 8:15, vc precisa chega antes das 7h para quando finalmente ser atendido ser tratado mal, como se fosse um favor, ou descobrir que o sistema está fora do ar pq ninguém teve a coragem de chegar cedo. Resumindo: esse local é péssimo e os funcionários não querem trabalhar. Um pombo correio é mais eficiente.
