Bad service, no one answers the phone and they leave you waiting on the line for more than 30 minutes. I only put a star because there is no way to put none.

Fui validar pessoalmente como determinam. Agendar já foi muito difícil, pois não havia agenda durante todo o mês de fevereiro nos postos de SP.
Agendei em Osasco, perdi duas manhãs. Entretanto, a empresa que atua no seguimento de informática, não estava com o sistema disponível nos dois dias.
Não consegui renovar e em poucos dias, expira a validade do meu certificado digital.
Acho-os despreparados, sobretudo porque não dão nenhuma alternativa para esta hipótese que há erro no sistema deles.
Sou advogada e dependo do certificado para trabalhar.
Very disappointing.
I have personally validated how they determine. Schedule was already very difficult, as there was no agenda during the entire month of February in SP stations.
I booked in Osasco, lost two mornings. However, the company that operates in the following computer science, was not with the system available in the two days.
I could not renew and in a few days, the validity of my digital certificate expires.
I find them unprepared, especially since they give no alternative to this hypothesis that there is an error in their system.
I'm a lawyer and depend on the certificate to work.
