★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendido... Paguei com cartão eram umas 12:00 hs... às 14 hs fiz a Vídeo Conferência e confirmações, e agora às 15:45 hs já me enviaram o e-mail com o certificado (link) ... Comprei o e-CNPJ modelo A1... super recomendo.. Parabéns a equipe...
 I was very well attended... I paid with a card at about 12:00 pm... at 2:00 pm I did the Video Conference and confirmations, and now at 3:45 pm I have already been sent the e-mail with the certificate (link) . .. I bought the e-CNPJ model A1... I highly recommend it... Congratulations to the team...

Com a foto da CNH a própria empresa já consegue obter os dados com mais eficácia e conforto pro cliente.
Very fast, practical and technological, one suggestion would be to deprive the customer of entering too much information.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei de um e-CPF A1 e consegui obter de forma simples e muito rápida ( 1 hora e 15 minutos no total). Funcionários preparados, solícitos, atenciosos e pacientes. Explicaram tudo detalhadamente. No outro dia ainda me ajudaram a enviar o arquivo por e-mail. Fiquei muito satisfeita e recomendo.
I needed an e-CPF A1 and I was able to obtain it in a simple and very fast way (1 hour and 15 minutes in total). Prepared, helpful, attentive and patient staff. They explained everything in detail. The other day they helped me to send the file by e-mail. I was very satisfied and recommend it.

No inicio fiquei um pouco preocupada por não conhecer a empresa, mas podem ter certeza que o serviço é super confiável. Retornaram rápido a todas as minhas dúvidas e me direcionaram com toda a atenção.
Com toda a certeza voltarei a contata-los quando precisar novamente!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para o TOKEN o atendimento não foi eficiente. O comercial é muito bom, mas não obtive a instalação correta do Certificado e fiquei sem utilizá-lo. A empresa que vende diverge da empresa que o instala, a assistência técnica desqualifica e não se entende com a empresa que comercializa e entrega o token. Descaso com o consumidor, o pós venda deixou muito a desejar. Lamento muito pois fui muito bem atendida e funcionou muito bem quando o certificado adquirido anteriormente foi sem o token. Não recomendo.
For TOKEN, the service was not efficient. The commercial is very good, but I didn't get the correct installation of the Certificate and I didn't use it. The company that sells differs from the company that installs it, the technical assistance disqualifies and does not agree with the company that sells and delivers the token. Disregard for the consumer, the after sales left a lot to be desired. I am very sorry because I was very well assisted and it worked very well when the certificate purchased previously was without the token. I do not recommend.
