 Whenever I go to this agency, I am well attended and oriented with my posts, it does take a little longer, but it varies a lot from day to day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agência começou a fechar do meio-dia e reabrir a uma hora e meia da tarde (acredito que para almoço). Nem ao menos deixam um anúncio visível ou algo informando na internet. Hoje além de mim havia outra pessoa que não sabia.
Agency started to close at noon and reopen at 1:30 pm (I believe for lunch). They don't even leave an ad visible or anything on the internet. Today besides me there was another person who did not know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior agência de correio de são Paulo, vc fica até uma hora na fila, as pessoas literalmente embalam as encomendas no guichê o que aumenta ainda mais o tempo de demora, e pra piorar nunca tem mais de um atendente, evite ao como em uma emergência.
Worst post office in São Paulo, you stay in the queue for up to an hour, people literally pack your orders at the counter, which further increases the delay time, and to make matters worse there is never more than one attendant, avoid the like in an emergency .
