Poucos funcionários para a quantidade de clientes.

Atendimento péssimo.
Todo o sistema do banco fica em função de gerar filas gigantescas.
Não respeitam seus clientes.
A todo momento pessoas fura fila, que são favorecidas por conhecer, o gerente, o caixa, o segurança.
Se você trabalha, e pensa na hora do almoço ir ao banco para resolver um probleminha, aqui vc arruma um problemão, sem dúvidas.
Demorei 1: 15 para conseguirmos entrar na agência, para poder pegar outra fila para esperar 2:00 horas para ser atendido.
Bradesco se a intenção é que as pessoas não vão ao banco, não está dando certo.

They don't respect their customers.
People are constantly queuing up, who are favored by meeting the manager, the cashier, the security guard.
If you work, and think about lunch time to go to the bank to solve a little problem, here you get a problem, without a doubt.
