★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu nunca tive problemas com as minhas correspondências e entregas. Mas desde que mudaram o carteiro estou tendo sérios problemas, desde boletos atrasados a entregas não efetuadas ou entregues no endereço incorreto. Não chega mais nenhuma carta e agora nem as entregas estão chegando. E minha tia já notificou o carteiro da nossa rua e mesmo assim ele continua fazendo, aonde vou ter que ir pra receber minhas correspondências e minhas encomendas corretamente? Porquê isso já ultrapassou todos os limites! Não vou mais admitir esse desserviço que o carteiro está fazendo comigo e minha família. Eu tenho provas e testemunhas de tudo o que estou relatando. ??
 I never had any problems with my mail and deliveries. But since they changed the postman, I'm having serious problems, from late bills to non-delivered or delivered to the wrong address. No more letters arrive and now even deliveries aren't arriving. Charged a fee to ship a package with FREE return. the attendant still wanted to give his personal pix to receive the amount. An absurdity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha encomenda chegou no sábado dia 18 de dezembro, no aplicativo apare eu que tentaram entregar no domingo dia 19, eu estava em casa e não vieram, fui no correio na terça feira e não consegui receber, agora quarta feira, 4 dias depois da minha encomenda chegar descobri que eles colocaram como endereço incompleto e devolveram minha encomenda, era o presente de Natal do meus filhos e agora não vou ter presente da pra eles.
Supostamente fizeram 1 tentativa e devolveram minha encomenda.
Eu guardei dinheiro pra poder comprar um presente pra eles, e agora eles não vão ganhar nada. Destruíram o sonho de 2 crianças e o meu de não ter dinheiro pra conseguir comprar algo pra substituir.
My order arrived on Saturday the 18th of December, in the app I can see that they tried to deliver on Sunday the 19th, I was at home and they didn't come, I went to the mail on Tuesday and I couldn't receive it, now Wednesday, 4 days after mine order arrives I found out that they put it as an incomplete address and returned my order, it was my children's Christmas present and now I won't have a present for them.
They supposedly made 1 attempt and returned my order.
I saved money so I could buy them a present, and now they won't get anything. They destroyed the dream of 2 children and mine of not having money to buy something to replace it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, ninguém atende o telefone, outra coisa independente se a pessoa se mudou ou não, o correto é entregar o produto no endereço que está no pacote ?... meus produtos voltam a todo instante, não consigo mais receber nada!
Bad service, no one answers the phone, another thing regardless of whether the person has moved or not, the right thing is to deliver the product to the address on the package ?... my products come back all the time, I can't receive anything anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima, no site tá dando como ser o carteiro tivesse tentado 3 vezes entrega e não tinha ninguém em casa sendo que ele nem veio aqui, fui lá buscar o moço teve a ousadia de fala pra mim volta só no outro dia ou espera o carteiro chegar que isso podia levar até 6 horas esperando ele sair dr lá P da vida !
My experience was bad, on the website it looks like the postman had tried 3 times to deliver and there was no one at home and he didn't even come here, I went there to get the guy he had the audacity to talk to me come back just the other day or wait the postman arrived that it could take up to 6 hours waiting for him to get out dr there P da vida!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O carteiro bateu na porta, fez o meu pai assinar o pacote e disse que não ia poder entregar porque não estava conseguindo dar baixa naquela máquina dele. Aí ele levou o pacote e disse que ia voltar e não voltou já tem dias. Agora se eu quiser provar alguma coisa eu estou na m*** porque ele fez meu pai assinar e o pedido já consta como entregue e eu aqui sem o pedido. ESTOU INDIGNADA E SEM SABER O QUE FAZER!!!!!!
The postman knocked on the door, made my father sign the package and said he wouldn't be able to deliver it because he couldn't get off his machine. Then he took the package and said he was going to come back and he hasn't come back for days. Now if I want to prove something I'm in *** because he made my father sign it and the order is already delivered and I'm here without the order. I'M ANGRY AND DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!!!!
