★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agência ridícula, funcionários péssimos, nunca entregam as encomendas na residência, por isso a procura por transportadora é tão grande, além de que se a gente pede pela Internet é porque não temos tempo de ir comprar, aí o produto chega, não é entregue e quando finalmente conseguimos um tempo para ir buscar na agência eles estão fechados. Put@ que p@r£₩
 Ridiculous agency, terrible employees, they never deliver orders at home, that's why the demand for a carrier is so great, besides that if we order over the Internet it's because we don't have time to go buy, then the product arrives, it's not delivered and when we finally got time to go pick up at the agency they are closed. Honestly, my order was terrible, even if it arrived at home, it was stuck in this "Post Office" and I had to ask for a refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pessoa do atendimento foi extremamente rude além de não entregar o meu pacote, paguei frete pra o pedido não chegar em casa e ainda ser tratada assim, uma tremenda falta de respeito!!!
The service person was extremely rude in addition to not delivering my package, I paid shipping for the order not to arrive at home and still be treated like that, a tremendous lack of respect!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chegou a mensagem que minha encomenda estava a caminho, eu fiquei esperando no pátio da minha casa e nem se quer vi passar o entregador, Depois chegou outra mensagem dizendo que a encomenda foi recusado pelo cliente, que mentira absurda.
The message arrived that my order was on its way, I was waiting in the courtyard of my house and I didn't even see the delivery man pass by, Then another message came saying that the order was refused by the customer, what an absurd lie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minhas 3 últimas compras constam no sistema de rastreio que houve tentativa de entrega e não foram atendidos (consta que me recusei a receber), mas não houve tentativa alguma!!! Trabalho em casa e estou na mesma todos os dias, ninguém veio aqui para realizar a entrega, simplesmente jogam no sistema que tentaram entregar uma única vez e não foram recebidos, e agora no site consta que irá para a devolução, já perdi dois pacotes por conta disso, pois infelizmente não pude ir até a agência para retirar no horário que atendem, pois é somente de 8:00 ou 9:00 até as 11:00 um absurdo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maior falta de respeito. Entrega de objetos nessa agência ficamos assim, desde o momento que cheguei já faz 20min e nada de aparecer ninguém e não sei nem qual é a minha vez. Se trancam lá pra dentro, na parte da frente o pessoal normal atende do mas aqui atrás nem pra mandarem esperar.
Greater lack of respect. Delivery of objects at this agency was like this, since the moment I arrived it's been 20 minutes and no one appears and I don't even know when it's my turn. They lock themselves inside, in the front the normal people answer, but here in the back they don't even have to wait.
