Só acho meio estranha a programação oferecida diariamente nas tvs da academia, como por exemplo o canal NGT com programa infantil tipo o palhaço Patati Patatá! Se isso ajuda a incentivar a queimar calorias na esteira? Não sei... mas gosto é gosto... ?
The weight equipment is in good condition and the space to work out is good at the fair price for the Gympass app. I just find the programming offered daily on the gym's televisions a bit strange, such as the NGT channel with a children's program like the clown Patati Patatá! Whether this helps to encourage burning calories on the treadmill? I don't know... but taste is taste... ?
