Treino jiu jitsu na academia e gosto muito dos ensinamentos do sensei Marquinho e Bill.
Sempre dispostos a nos explicar e ensinar novas técnicas.
Caso você tenha interesse em conhecer as aulas compareça na academia entre segunda/quarta/sexta pela manhã ou terça/quinta na parte da tarde que os sensei estarão aguardando para uma aula experimental.
Temos turmas de meninos e meninas.

The gym is small but has great professionals helping people to work out...
I train jiu jitsu at the gym and I really like the teachings of sensei Marquinho and Bill.
Always willing to explain and teach us new techniques.
If you are interested in learning about the classes, attend the gym between Monday/Wednesday/Friday in the morning or Tuesday/Thursday in the afternoon that the sensei will be waiting for a trial class.
We have groups of boys and girls.
