A academia é simples, os profissionais são de extrema excelência, atenciosos, educados, dispostos e por aí vai.
Mas a recepção tem muitas falhas, onde as funcionarias NÃO estão preparadas para atender ao público. Eu e meu marido estávamos a algum tempo fazendo natação e hidro em horários previamente marcados, quando virou o ano as recepcionistas simplesmente barraram o nosso acesso por não fazer parte do nosso plano. Só que antes de agendar aulas, investir em material de natação, fomos até a academia perguntando, questionando se nosso plano realmente valeria, pois não somos de passar ninguém para trás, o gerente confirmou dizendo "sim". Então estou extremamente insatisfeita com a academia, boa porém com funcionários totalmente despreparados para atender ao público e principalmente para dar informações.

The gym is simple, the professionals are extremely excellent, attentive, polite, willing and so on.
But the reception has many flaws, where employees are NOT prepared to serve the public. My husband and I had been swimming and hydro for some time at previously scheduled times, when the year turned the receptionists simply blocked our access because it was not part of our plan. But before scheduling classes, investing in swimming material, we went to the gym asking, questioning whether our plan would really be worth it, as we are not to pass anyone back, the manager confirmed saying "yes". So I am extremely dissatisfied with the gym, good but with employees totally unprepared to serve the public and especially to provide information.

The gym has two very good pools! You are following the health recommendations, with defined opening hours.

They sell a service they can't afford. Recent example: the water has been unheated for weeks and no one knows how to answer when the problem will be resolved.

Very good place, but the pool at the top is almost never heated, good gym and everything is great.

Referente a natação, nunca tem vaga para nós. Estou à pouco mais de um mês tentando marcar aula e a resposta é sempre negativa. A própria recepção diz que Gympass tem que marcar um dia antes as aulas e independe o horário que eu mande mensagem, é sempre NÃO TEMOS VAGAS!
Fora que a resposta não é a do tipo "NÃO TEMOS ESSE HORÁRIO MAS TENHO OUTRO" é simplesmente "NÃO" e um quase "TENTE OUTRA VEZ" em seguida.
Local péssimo, atendimento péssimo.
Em sorocaba tem a Ghimper que também oferece natação para Gympass. Infinitamente melhor.
Gympass people don't close the plan thinking about attending this gym!
Regarding swimming, there is never a vacancy for us. I've been trying to book a class for a little over a month and the answer is always negative. The reception itself says that Gympass has to book a day before classes and no matter what time I send a message, there are always NO VACANCIES!
Apart from that the answer is not the type "WE DON'T HAVE THAT TIME BUT I HAVE ANOTHER" it's simply "NO" and an almost "TRY AGAIN" next.
Bad place, bad service.
In sorocaba there is the Ghimper that also offers swimming for Gympass. Infinitely better.

Fechei um plano de natação e musculação, uma falta de respeito com os usuários, a natação com água congelada, vários meses para arrumarem e nada, me venderam um plano e jamais me deram, pós pandemia sem horários adequados e jamais me deram retorno das minhas solicitações, a cor da água nem quero comentar.
Banheiro sujo, espelhos manchados não se vê nada. Não tem sabonete, quase nunca tem papel.
A sala de musculação não tem instrutor, não para um lá, a sujeira reina, colchonetes mais parecem toalhas de tão finos.
Professores e alunos sem máscaras, não tem álcool suficiente para proteção contra o Covid.
Aparelhos muito antigos e rasgados.
Enfim... triste ver oque ela se tornou...
Terrible gym, it's deteriorating, a sin.
I closed a swimming and bodybuilding plan, a lack of respect for users, swimming with frozen water, several months to fix it and nothing, they sold me a plan and never gave it to me, after a pandemic without adequate schedules and they never gave me a return on my requests, the color of the water I don't even want to comment.
Dirty bathroom, stained mirrors you can't see anything. No soap, almost never paper.
The weight room doesn't have an instructor, not for one, dirt reigns, mattresses look like towels they're so thin.
Teachers and students without masks don't have enough alcohol to protect against Covid.
Very old and torn up appliances.
Anyway... sad to see what she's become...
