Excellent professionals and great material structure! Family atmosphere and Crossfit training is always very dynamic. I still haven't met any other gym as good in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante é a palavra perfeita sobre Swah Pilates, que fica localizada na Av. Pompeia 634, cj 105. Estive hoje, dia 08.03.2022 para minha segunda aula de Pilates, que tinha sido agendada para às 10:00hs, e foi alterada por eles para às 11:00hs. Cheguei no horário da aula, porém quando o rapaz da recepção do prédio ligou na sala, a (Professora) falou em alto e bom som que eu não estava agendado e que não era pra liberar a subida, falando que era para me passar o recado que eu deveria entrar em contato com a Academia. Perguntei para o rapaz quem seria a (Professora) tão gentil e educada, ele disse que seria a Jaque, perguntei se o nome seria Jaqueline e ele disse que sim!!! Imediatamente entrei em contato com a academia, informando o que estava acontecendo, e falaram que eu estava agendado e que a (Professora) tinha sido avisada no dia anterior!!! Enfim... aguardei das 10:58hs até às 11:30hs sentado na recepção do prédio, sem que ninguém resolvesse a questão e como a aula terminaria ao 12:00hs, enviei uma mensagem via Instagram agradecendo pela atenção e por terem fazer eu perder minha manhã, indo até lá perder meu precioso tempo. Essa foi a ótima experiência que tive na Swah Pilates, lembrando que a primeira aula, foi um desencontro de informações, e que estava agendada para às 16:00hs e iniciou às 16:25hs.
Disappointing is the perfect word for Swah Pilates, which is located on Av. Pompeii 634, cj 105. I was there today, 08.03.2022 for my second Pilates class, which had been scheduled for 10:00 am, and was changed by them to 11:00 am. I arrived at class time, but when the guy from the reception of the building called the room, the (Teacher) spoke loud and clear that I was not scheduled and that it was not to release the ascent, saying that it was to give me the message that I should contact the Academy. I asked the boy who would be the (Teacher) so kind and polite, he said it would be Jaque, I asked if the name would be Jaqueline and he said yes!!! I immediately contacted the academy, informing what was happening, and they said that I was scheduled and that the (Teacher) had been notified the day before!!! Anyway... I waited from 10:58 am until 11:30 am sitting at the reception of the building, without anyone solving the issue and as the class would end at 12:00 pm, I sent a message via Instagram thanking you for the attention and for making me miss my morning, going there to waste my precious time. This was the great experience I had at Swah Pilates, remembering that the first class was a mismatch of information, and that it was scheduled for 4:00 pm and started at 4:25 pm.
