Fui até a academia com minha esposa, após entrar em contato por telefone e terem sinalizado um desconto para o casal fechando um plano. Chegando lá nos apresentaram a academia e quando fomos acertar um plano, queríamos o semestral, a sra que nos atendeu(aparentemente a dona) nos tratou com deboche e batendo cabeça com a funcionária que me atendeu por telefone e falou no desconto... Enfim perdem clientes por falta de profissionalismo, saímos e nos matriculamos na academia do outro lado da BR que nos trataram muito melhor.
As I had read in previous comments, people don't know how to work with plans. I went to the gym with my wife, after getting in touch by phone and having signaled a discount for the couple closing a plan. When we got there they introduced us to the gym and when we went to agree on a plan, we wanted the semester, the lady who attended us (apparently the owner) treated us with debauchery and butting heads with the employee who answered me on the phone and talked about the discount... lose clients due to lack of professionalism, we went out and enrolled at the gym on the other side of BR who treated us much better.
