★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se sua intenção for treino de musculação sério, esqueça, não há estrutura para treinar, pesos e máquinas não são suficientes, salão minúsculo, uma casa adaptada...mais uma academia daquelas que as pessoas vão para passar tempo sem objetivo real, se tudo estivesse em boas condições já seria ruim, mas infelizmente ainda há coisas quebradas e sem manutenção....tipo o espelho principal, quebrado. Se os profissionais fossem qualificados escreveriam "a" com h....?
If your intention is serious bodybuilding training, forget it, there is no structure to train, weights and machines are not enough, tiny salon, an adapted house... if it was in good condition, it would be bad, but unfortunately there are still things broken and without maintenance....like the main mirror, broken. If professionals were qualified, they would write "a" with h....?
