Quality I want to register here my indignation at the size of the Zanco Academy in Vila da Penha. She was a student there since qd was called sweaty body, in other words, almost a decade. I had my enrollment locked due to the pandemic and with one month left paid, having the promise that I could work out again QQ time, after the pandemic, without paying a month to compensate for what I left paid and locked due to the pandemic, and then came the Lockdown. Anyway, all deception, mismatched information by phone, I was in person last month (May 2021 to unlock registration after calling and being informed that I could go back to work out when the month was paid, but when I got there in person, the attendant claimed a change of employees, that she it was new there , qn knew and such and to exempt its responsibility in the information given on the tel and blame my loss of one month of the monthly fee paid to the previous receptionist and then I was informed that the amount for one month that I left paid expired on December of last year!Hi? I had covid in september 2020 and i got health problems which didn't let me work out until then. Last year I called the gym several times to inform me that my app didn't work because I needed to print my assessment, that I couldn't come back and, TB, I didn't feel safe, and I was informed pn worry that I was going to come back as soon as I got better and q even though I was a locked student, they would check the reason for this problem in the app and how they solved it. I had to go there personally to ask to print my evaluation and expose myself as I was not going out due to psndemia. I only went because I had high blood pressure and when commenting c cardiologist was asked to take the evaluation and asked for several tests to check (map, Holter) because I am bariatric, I have comorbidity (high blood pressure). I had the covid in september eca quarantine appeared and worsened a problem in the heel q before the pandemic i did not present heel spurs and with the covid i had pain in the lower back q could be a permanent sequel q i had to treat with acupuncture and physiotherapy therefore unable to wear sneakers, to exercise on a medical order and beyond the pain and inconvenience to get around. Despite all this having been informed at the gym, the attendant said that I could only print the screen to prove that I really paid but that I could not use the monthly fee. Worst of all, I wasn't advised of this supposed deadline to return (December 2020) and my husband had a covid in December 2020. Let's say I didn't have any problems with my heel and could work out, as the gym wanted me to come back? ?p put people's lives at risk!? detail, I was there and my temperature was measured and no student who came in there while I tried to solve my injury and wait for a responsible person to come talk to me, and how it did not happen and the gym does not have ventilation, doors and windows closed with air on and a lot of people in the small reception, I preferred to leave to not expose me to the disease and then once again I called and asked someone responsible to enter CTT with me but so far nothing. The gym is not bad, it was once very good, but it has left something to be desired in the matter of air conditioning that they want to save, always leaving 2 in the ventilation, so it is a very stuffy environment. We talk, ask and nothing gets done!
