★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dono da academia fere a lei do consumidor, pois fecha contrato de personal para alunos sem contrato nenhum. Ou seja, enquanto está tudo bem é uma beleza, porém, deu algum b.o. quem é que vai estar certo? Se não há um contrato... O que a propósito caracteriza crime, uma vez que é Lei e é obrigação no caso do personal ter um contrato e emitir Nota Fiscal de prestação de serviços. Ou seja, dois crimes aqui falta de contrato e sonegação de impostos... Nesse Brasil temos que EXIGIR contrato e NF... Se não, por parte da maioria dos prestadores fica um acordo de boca... Que na hora do b.o não vale absolutamente nada, pois não há claúsulas.

Iria dar 1 estrela, mais levei em consideração o atendimento da recepção e dos donos que são bons, mais atendimento do educador que fica até 12:00 é muito ruim, ele demonstra uma falta de interesse tremenda, não é a primeira vez que ele demonstra isso pra mim, logo no primeiro dia que fui cheguei 11:3o ele passou um treino pra começar, porém disse que a outra educadora montaria no app pois ela entra 12:00 aí seria.com ela, aí ficou 1 semana até monta meu treino isso ela passando pra ele e ele pra ela, aí ela no final montou.
Hoje dia 10/03/22 as 8:30 fui pedir gentilmente para o educador trocar o meu treino porque eu iria treinar no período da manhã, aí ele disse pra por meu nome numa sulfite que tinha 9 pessoas novas na minha frente pra fazer o treino que eu tinha que espera na lista de espera ?. "POXA VIDA, EU SEI QUE O MEU PLANO É DO GYMPASS E NAO TEM OBRIGAÇÃO DE MONTAR TREINO OK" MAIS DEMONSTRA MUITA MÁ VONTADE, PARECE QUE NAO QUER TRABALHAR. LEVEI A MINHA ESPOSa PRA TREINAR COMIGO, ELA PAGA 94 REAIS PRA FAZER MUSCULAÇÃO 3X NA SEMANA SÓ, PORQUE EU TREINAVA LA TB, TEM VARIAS ACADEMIAS POR PERTO DE ONDe MORO, MAIS CHAMEI ELA PRA IR COMIGO DEVIDO AO LUGAR SER MUITO BOM, AI VEM ESSE " EDUCADOR" COM MÁ VONTADE ...
Não sei se pra monta um treino demora tanto assim, posso estar sendo injusto, mais pra mim transpareceu falta de vontade.
PErDERAM 2 CLIENTEs, talvez nem faça falta pra academia, mais fiquei muito desapontado mesmo.
Obs: estou com o mesmo treino há uns 6 meses. A educadora que entra 12:00 ia mudar porém faz 8 dias e TB não mudou, por isso falei que iria treinar no período da manhã para o educador me ajudar quanto ao treino.
Mais não deixa de ser uma academia muito boa.

"POX LIFE, I KNOW THAT MY PLAN IS WITH THE GYMPASS AND YOU HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO SET UP TRAINING OK" BUT IT DEMONSTRATES A LOT OF BAD WILL, IT LOOKS LIKE HE DOESN'T WANT TO WORK. I TAKEN MY WIFE TO TRAIN WITH ME, SHE PAYS 94 REAIS TO DO BODYBUILDING 3X A WEEK ONLY, BECAUSE I TRAINED LA TB, THERE ARE VARIOUS ACADEMIES NEAR WHERE I LIVE, BUT I CALLED HER TO GO WITH ME BECAUSE THE PLACE IS VERY GOOD, HERE IT COMES THIS "EDUCATOR" WITH BAD WILL...
I don't know if it takes that long to set up a workout, I may be being unfair, but for me it showed a lack of will.
LOST 2 CLIENTS, maybe it's not even necessary for the gym, but I was really disappointed.
Note: I've been doing the same training for about 6 months. The teacher who came in at 12:00 was going to change but 8 days ago and TB hasn't changed, so I said I would train in the morning so the teacher could help me with training.
But it is still a very good gym.
