Opção de planos bem interessante e preços atrativos. Período da noite a academia é mais cheia, aproveite para malhar no primeiro horário, é bem tranquilo.
 Gym with new equipment, and maintenance always up to date. Service from professionals are grade 10. Easy parking, and very quiet gym area. Very interesting plans option and attractive prices. In the evening the gym is more crowded, enjoy working out in the first hours, it's very quiet.

Com a pandemia é obrigatório o uso de máscara e para entrar é medida a temperatura e os equipamentos são higienizados antes e depois do uso.

Os equipamentos de musculação são alguns dos melhores que vi nas academias da cidade, novos e com manutenção impecável. Achei o plano acessível e gostei das possibilidades de fazer jump, dança e outros no mesmo pacote. Recomendo!
Super organized and well-prepared gym. The service at reception and the available teachers are excellent and friendly. The weight training equipment is some of the best I've seen in the city's gyms, new and impeccably maintained. I found the plan affordable and liked the possibilities of jumping, dancing and others in the same package. I recommend!

Acabei de iniciar e é maravilhoso.
Faço parte do sangue verde onde eu tenho muito mais acesso as academias que sejam deles e para exercício.
Tem musculação e em alguns horários tem outros tipos de exercícios como dança, jump entre outros.
Tem até aula de nataçao nesse lugar.
Eles vão te pesar em uma balança capaz de ver tudo no seu corpo como oque é músculo, osso, gordura.
