Me decepcionei com a falta de planos para fidelizar o cliente que já está matriculado na academia. Só pensam em captar novos clientes e só tem planos e condições para estudantes.
A atendente mais velha é extremamente mal educada. Só te trata bem quando você é um novo aluno. Para tratar sobre renovação, atende com uma má vontade que desanima.
Por conta desse mal atendimento e falta de planos para fidelizar o cliente optei por não renovar meu pano e treinar em outra academia.
Espero que melhorem isso.

I was disappointed with the lack of plans to retain the customer who is already enrolled in the gym. They only think about attracting new customers and only have plans and conditions for students.
The oldest attendant is extremely rude. It only treats you well when you are a new student. To deal with renewal, he attends with a disheartening ill will.
Due to this poor service and lack of plans to gain customer loyalty, I chose not to renew my cloth and train at another gym.
I hope you improve this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estrutura é excelente, estão tomando todos os cuidados, tem paninho e álcool em todos os equipamentos pra você poder limpar antes e depois de usá-lo, os instrutores são atenciosos, a academia é bem frequentada principalmente a noite. Porém não tem um estacionamento, e fica em uma área com muito tráfego.
The structure is excellent, they are taking all the care, there is a cloth and alcohol in all the equipment so you can clean it before and after using it, the instructors are attentive, the gym is well attended especially at night. However, it does not have a parking lot, and is in an area with a lot of traffic.
