Só no Sparring, ficou uma coisa chata. Dou uma dica: Professor, diz para os graduados e atletas pegarem mais leve com alunos que estão fazendo aula teste(novatos). Mesmo que eu já tenha lutado, sei algumas técnicas, mas estou sem lutar a 3 anos, estou obeso, fora de ritmo. Saí do treino brabo porque UM ÚNICO "LUTADOR" não me respeitou no sparring, sentou o braço. Se ele quer machucar alguém, é no saco de pancada e não nos colegas.
