Vendedor que não conhece os prodipro que está vendendo. Não recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei agora lá!! A moça q me atendeu é mal educada, perguntei de um calcador e ela simplesmente disse “de qual máquina?” Falei a marca, aí irritada perguntou “reta,galoneira...”. Uma dica: qdo vc atende alguém por telefone, não pode deduzir q a pessoa entenda bem do assunto. Acho q ela nem sabe q está sendo mal educada, mas, coitada é só isso q ela sabe fazer, não desmerecendo a profissão. Tenho pena de vc atendente da Olimaq. 18/12/2019
I called now there !! The girl who answered me is rude, I asked for a presser foot and she simply said "from which machine?" I said the mark, then irritated asked "straight, galoneira ...". A tip: when you answer someone over the phone, you can't deduce that they understand the subject well. I don't think she even knows she's being rude, but poor thing that's all she can do, not downplaying the profession. I feel sorry for you Olimaq attendant. 12/18/2019
