★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acho a academia ótimo para seu tamanho . Ela não é espaçosa zo que obrigada vc a fazer certos exercícios sem a máquina muito próximo de pessoas e equipamentos.. mas se organizando tudo da certo . Profissionais qualificados e atendimento excelente . Eu particularmente não tenho do que reclamar do atendimento . As máquinas de esteiras precisam ser trocadas e tal . Fora isso ,da pra fazer musculação de boa .
 I think the gym is great for its size. It's not spacious so it forces you to do certain exercises without the machine very close to people and equipment... but getting organized everything works fine. Qualified professionals and excellent service. I don't particularly have to complain about the service. Track machines need to be changed and such. Other than that, you can do good bodybuilding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia climatizada , com bastantes aparelhos, mas por ter bastantes aparelhos fica um pouco apertada em horário mais movimentados, recepcionista super simpática, o professor é mais reservado mas tirou minhas dúvidas quando fui pela primeira vez...
Um coisa que achei ruim são os halters e barras , ficam bem desorganizados , professor podia tentar dar uma arrumada e principalmente os ALUNOS manterem organizado.
Heated gym, with plenty of equipment, but because it has a lot of equipment, it's a little tight at busy times, super friendly receptionist, the teacher is more reserved but he answered my doubts when I went for the first time...
One thing I found bad is the dumbbells and bars, they are very disorganized, the teacher could try to tidy up and especially the STUDENTS keep organized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui eu me encontrwi, depois de passar por varias academias e não me sentir confortável com atendimento, aqui eu posso falar que é uma academia família. Atendimento nota 10. Tiram suas dúvidas e auxiliam em todas as atividades. Pra gente que é iniciante isso é primordial. Os professores da noite teriam que ter esse olhar mais cauteloso com os iniciantes e parar de empurrar os alunos pra parte da manhã, por isso garrei num apego na taty, que se ela for pra noite eu vou tbm kkk muiiito atenciosa e mega simpática, fora a atendente Beth que é uma incentivadora nata rsrs daria 10? ?? se pudesse.
Here I found myself, after going through several gyms and not feeling comfortable with the service, here I can say that it is a family gym. Service grade 10. They answer your questions and help in all activities. For people who are beginners, this is essential. The night teachers would have to have this more cautious look with the beginners and stop pushing students into the morning, so I grabbed an attachment in taty, that if she goes to the night I'll go too hahaha, very attentive and mega friendly, out the attendant Beth who is a natural supporter lol would give 10? ?? if she could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amo. Fui super bem recebida pelos professores e alunos das turmas de jump, funcional e fit dance. Nota 10 pra recepcionista Camila, e claro para a Tati que auxilia os treinos de musculação e para os profs Matheus, Caio e Lorena.
I Love. I was super well received by the teachers and students of the jump, functional and fit dance classes. Note 10 for receptionist Camila, and of course for Tati who helps with weight training and for Profs Matheus, Caio and Lorena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima academia, a professora da manhã (Tatiane) é um espetáculo de sabedoria e carisma! A academia é pequena, porém tem muitos aparelhos e todos bem conservados, fora que o valor é bem "pé no chão"!
A 4 estrelas é só pq as vezes fica quente em horários de pico e o bebedouro quase sempre está com a água quente.
Great gym, the morning teacher (Tatiane) is a show of wisdom and charisma! The gym is small, but it has a lot of equipment and all of them are well maintained, apart from the fact that the price is very "down to earth"!
The 4 stars is only because sometimes it gets hot at peak times and the drinking fountain is almost always with hot water.
