★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quanto se trata de dar atenção ao aluno que necessita de resolução de questão financeira, a academia se omite, fiz um plano anual com a promessa que teria como cancelar o mesmo caso necessário, hoje por motivos de trabalho preciso cancelar e a academia não se prontifica a resolver a situação, sempre dizendo que será passado ao financeiro, mas nunca da um retorno, sendo que tem mais de um mês que solicitei o cancelamento e até hoje nada!
When it comes to giving attention to the student who needs to resolve a financial issue, the academy omits, I made an annual plan with the promise that I would have to cancel the same if necessary, today for work reasons I need to cancel and the academy is not ready to resolve the situation, always saying that it will be transferred to finance, but never give a return, since it has been more than a month since I requested the cancellation and until today nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou matriculada a 4 meses e desde então só tenho elogios a fazer: aparelhos novos, identidade visual e disposição dos ambientes muito atrativos, instrutores amigáveis e prestativos, estacionamento próprio e limpeza são ainda diferenciais. Estou muito satisfeita com a academia.
I am enrolled 4 months and since then I only have compliments to do: new appliances, visual identity and layout of the very attractive environments, friendly and helpful instructors, own parking and cleaning are still differential. I am very pleased with the gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura excelente, bem equipada, ambiente muito limpo, não economizam no ar condicionado (temperatura perfeita), ótimo atendimento. Faço plano anual e não tive nenhum prejuízo com os dias que fecharam pela covid (restituíram todos os períodos).
Excellent structure, well equipped, very clean environment, they don't skimp on air conditioning (perfect temperature), great service. I make an annual plan and I didn't have any damage with the days that closed due to covid (they refunded all periods).
