O boxe é amplo, bem equipado, unico da região do coração eucaristico...
A equipe é muito bem preparada e prestativa, sempre te incentivando a melhorar e com atenção a suas limitações.
Eles são super receptivos e empenhados.
Usa-se um aplicativo para o check-in nas aulas, para evitar lotação e para que você tenha flexibilidade de horários.
Os horários das aulas variam de 06:00 as 13:00 - 16:30 as 21:00
Aos sábados o team wod: 10:30
Os preços são compativeis com o mercado
No boxe a venda de alguns equipamentos (blusas, luvas, corda, etc...) algumas bebidas (hidrotonicos, energeticos, sucos) e também açai.
Há também uma pequena copa; banheiros com chuveiros, e uma sinuca no mezanino.
No mais, o boxe conta também com aulas de futvolei e yoga.
Recomendo.
