Great professionals who closely follow the students, great equipment, well located, airy, clean, various training modalities, the age group of the regulars is very mixed, not crowded, rare times that need to be revesar in the devices. Grade 10!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha fechado um plano anual, não assinei o contato ainda e devido a ma vontade dos funcionários, e a falta de organização revolvi não malhar mais nessa academia, e o gerente nunca está lá para conversar. E a coordenadora Renata me atendeu super mal.
I had closed an annual plan, I have not signed the contact yet and due to the bad will of the employees, and the lack of organization meant I did not work out at this gym anymore, and the manager is never there to talk. And coordinator Renata treated me very badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo de jeito nenhum. As mensalidades são exorbitantes e não correspondem ao serviço prestado. Não contratem o "grupo premium" de musculação, a academia contrata instrutores recém formados e sem qualquer experiência para dar personal, e cobram "os olhos da cara" dos alunos. Eles também criam transtorno para alterações de planos e mensalidades. O pilates, que é um serviço à parte, vale a pena. O restante, penso que não.
I don't recommend it at all. The monthly fees are exorbitant and do not correspond to the service provided. Do not hire the "premium group" of bodybuilding, the academy hires newly trained instructors with no experience to give personal, and charge "the eyes of the face" of the students. They also create inconvenience for plan and monthly changes. Pilates, which is a separate service, is worth it. The rest, I don't think so.
