★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia quase simpática. Marcela nota dez, faz avaliação e passa exercícios. Os professores homens são muito simpáticos. Proibido malhar sem ser com calça de malhar, não fui avisada. Mas malhar sem máscara, a professora que me falou pra não malhar, com eu lá dentro já,, parece que pode, A Prefeitura não liberou. Estavam todos sem máscara dentro da academia.Se vc tem empatia, em situações como pandemias, evite. Leia artigos científicos e entenda, pois atividade física é um item de saúde, se a professora em questão e os outros não sabem....o que sabem?Fora máscara que muita gente não usa, o resto funciona.
Almost friendly gym. Marcela scores a ten, does evaluation and gives exercises. The male teachers are very friendly. Forbidden to work out without working out pants, I was not warned. But working out without a mask, the teacher who told me not to work out, with me in there already, it seems that it can, the City Hall did not allow it. They were all without a mask inside the gym. If you have empathy, in situations like pandemics, avoid it. Read scientific articles and understand, because physical activity is a health item, if the teacher in question and the others don't know... what do they know? Apart from a mask that many people don't use, the rest works.
