★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É impressionante, ao ponto de cair o queixo, o descaso, indiferença e falta de empatia com os alunos da natação nessa academia. Não bastasse colocarem um regra ridícula de permitir 4 adultos por raia (regra da qual já reclamei e que como sempre, ignoraram), coloram uma rampa na piscina (provavelmente pra melhorar a acessibilidade das pessoas de idade e com dificuldade de locomoção, o que é notável, embora paradoxalmente haja escadas pra acessar todas as dependências da academia, desde a entrada), e se recusam a retira-la no horário da natação, prejudicando a aula dos alunos que pagam o plano mais caro da academia pra fazer as aulas.
Embora a rampa possa trazer benefícios para algumas pessoas que fazem outras aulas que utilizam a piscina, manter a rampa no horário da natação traz prejuízo para os alunos, haja vista que a rampa atrapalha bastante o desenvolvimento da atividade, além do risco que algum aluno da natação corre de se machucar se chocando com a rampa. Vale destacar que quando questionei uma funcionária sobre o risco de alguém se machucar, a resposta que tive foi “se machucar, chama o SAMU”.
Como cliente que já pagou todo o plano me sinto indignado, a academia não tem empatia com os alunos, beneficiam apenas alguns grupos em prejuízo dos outros e sequer se importam com a qualidade do serviço prestado. Não obstante, são mal educados ao responderem as reclamações e não se importam caso o aluno saia da academia, afinal o plano tá pago e caso o contrato não seja renovado, não tem problema, pq sempre entra um pato novo no lugar do que saiu. Cansado de ouvir resposta tipo “se machucar chama o SAMU” ou outra que já cansei de ouvir de funcionário despreparado “vc é o único que ta reclamando”.
It is impressive, to the point of jaw-dropping, the neglect, indifference and lack of empathy with the swimming students at this gym. It was not enough to put a ridiculous rule of allowing 4 adults per lane (rule that I already complained about and that, as always, ignored), color a ramp in the pool (probably to improve the accessibility of the elderly and those with limited mobility, which is notable, although paradoxically there are stairs to access all the academy facilities, since the entrance), and they refuse to remove it during the swimming time, jeopardizing the class of the students who pay the most expensive gym plan to take the classes.
Although the ramp can bring benefits to some people who take other classes that use the pool, maintaining the ramp during swimming time is detrimental to the students, given that the ramp greatly hinders the development of the activity, in addition to the risk that some students of the swimming runs from getting hurt hitting the ramp. It is worth mentioning that when I questioned an employee about the risk of someone getting hurt, the answer I got was “getting hurt, call SAMU”.
As a customer who has already paid for the entire plan, I feel indignant, the academy has no empathy with the students, they only benefit some groups to the detriment of others and they don't even care about the quality of the service provided. However, they are rude when responding to complaints and do not care if the student leaves the academy, after all the plan is paid and if the contract is not renewed, no problem, because a new duck always comes in instead of the one that left. Tired of hearing a response such as "if you get hurt call SAMU" or another that I am tired of hearing from an unprepared employee "you are the only one who is complaining".
