★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estrutura física muito boa... Aparelhos novos, ambiente climatizado e com profissionais qualificados! A academia funciona de segunda a sexta das 06:00 às 21:00 e aos sábado das 06:00 às 12:00, tem aulas de aeróbica, musculação, zumba etc.
 Very good physical structure ... New appliances, air-conditioned environment and with qualified professionals! The gym is open from Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm and on Saturdays from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm, it has aerobics, weight training, zumba classes etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo essa academia, pois os instrutores acompanham todo o treinamento até que a pessoa se sinta apto para fazer só, a estrutura é boa, o maquinário também. Pra quem trabalha e vai pra academia e depois vai direto pro trabalho tem banheiro.
I love this academy, because the instructors follow all the training until the person feels able to do it alone, the structure is good, the machinery too. For those who work and go to the gym and then go straight to work, there is a bathroom.

E o ambiente é organizado e limpo.. Tem garagem ... Simplesmente acredito ser a melhor academia de Igarassu centro. E olhe que já testei algumas lá, e não tem comparação ... ME SINTO CONFORTÁVEL LÁ... Vale apena ir para uma aula experimental, porque depois você não vai querer mais deixar de ir ...

É claro que os instrutores ficam de olho pra caso de briga mais eles não prestam atenção as ofensas feitas por outros se vc chegar lá com uma barriga de putim eles ti colocam pressão até que vc saia de lá com uma barriga normal mais com a mente e os braços machucados pelas ofensas. Ninguém tem o dom de levantar 20 vezes um supino de 10 Kilos como se estivesse fazendo com um de 10 gramas ಥ_ಥ
Cool place more like people only go there to compete who lifts more weight. Of course the instructors keep an eye out in case there's a fight but they don't pay attention to the offenses made by others if you get there with a whore belly they put pressure on you until you get out of there with a normal belly more with your mind and arms bruised from offenses. Nobody has the gift of lifting a 10-kilo bench press 20 times as if they were doing a 10-gram bench ಥ_ಥ
