★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tentei acessar as aulas e instalações da academia pelo Gympass porém a mesma montou um sistema para não termos acesso! Se eu quiser utilizar a academia a noite preciso ir de manhã ...fazer check in.....para aí conseguir ter acesso a agenda de aulas e talvez conseguir um horário .
Uma extrema falta de respeito ao consumidor uma vez que é normal da academia e não do Gympass!
 I tried to access the gym's classes and facilities through Gympass but it set up a system so we didn't have access! If I want to use the gym at night I need to go in the morning... check in... so I can access the class schedule and maybe get a schedule.
An extreme lack of respect for the consumer since it is normal for the gym and not the Gympass!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca irei indicar a Estilo. Tive uma péssima experiência. Em 2016 fechei contrato de 1 ano. Infelizmente perdi minha mãe em julho. Não tinha condições emocionais de realizar as aulas de natação. Levei o atestado de óbito. Pedi para repor as aulas futuramente, quando estivesse melhor. Sem acordo. Ou faria até o término do contrato ou pagaria sem usar. Quanta insensibilidade. Procurem outro lugar, pq ali vc é só $. Só $$$.
I will never recommend Style. I had a bad experience. In 2016 I signed a 1 year contract. Unfortunately I lost my mother in July. She was not emotionally able to take swimming lessons. I took the death certificate. I asked to make up classes in the future, when I was better. No agreement. Either do it until the end of the contract or pay without using it. How insensitivity. Look elsewhere, because there you are only $. Only $$$.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessa Academia paguei o mês de natação par o meu filho e meu marido e yivemos que viajar no final do mês pedi para eles fazerem a reposição pois o mês já estava pago e disseram que não iriam repor porque a reposição é só dentro do mês da falta Pergunto mas a aula já não estava paga? Não é de direito a reposição? Nem se importaram em se comunicar comigo nem sei quem é a pessoa responsável da Academia deixam tudo nas mãos dos funcionários. O ocorrido foi na unidade do Planalto. Parecem que não estão nem aí para os alunos
At this gym I paid for the month of swimming for my son and my husband and we had to travel at the end of the month, I asked them to make the replacement because the month was already paid for and they said they would not replace it because the replacement is only within the month of absence. I ask but the class wasn't already paid? Is it not entitled to a replacement? They didn't even bother to communicate with me, nor do I know who the responsible person at the Academy is, they leave everything in the hands of the employees. The incident took place at the Planalto unit. They don't seem to care about the students.

Realizei meu sonho de aprender a nadar rapidinho . A professora Mabilia sempre transmitindo segurança e dando apoio moral pra nós alunos.

The price is steep, but it's value for money. Excellent teachers and impeccable gym in cleanliness and organization. Apart from the boys in the parking lot, always in a good mood and cordial.
I fulfilled my dream of learning to swim quickly. Teacher Mabilia always conveying security and giving moral support to us students.
Miss this wonderful sport. ?♀️?
