 4 months ago I was on a crutch for 5 months and now thank God I'm getting better every day, my recovery, my physical conditioning and stamina are better every day. Thanks to the entire Box Castelo Team.

Todos te recebem de braços abertos, quanto digo todos é todos mesmo, desde o aluno que vc nem conhece RS, até os professores! Sem contar que a Proo Mari é mtooo top, super profissional, entende demais do assunto te ajuda te apoia, e me meotiva Demais ! Estou um tempinho sem treinar, mas voltarei em breve ??. Só tenho a agradecer a vocês Top Top❤️
The best place to train is at Castelo Branco's My Box ? I confess that I hated physical exercise, but thanks to you, I changed my concept about it! Everyone welcomes you with open arms, as I say everyone is everyone, from the student you don't even know RS, to the teachers! Not to mention that Proo Mari is mtooo top, super professional, understands too much about the subject, helps you support you, and motivates me Too much! I haven't trained for a while, but I'll be back soon ??. I just have to thank you Top Top❤️

Além de ser o estilo de atividade que eu gosto, a atenção e o cuidado deles faz toda a diferença, desde a aula experimental eu já percebi que valeria muito a pena e agora eu não troco por nada! Amo a Box, é onde eu começo o meu dia, e desde então as minhas manhãs não são mais as mesmas! Gratidão, que vocês continuem com esse profissionalismo e atenção com todos os seus alunos! My experience has been wonderful! Besides being the style of activity that I like, their attention and care makes all the difference, since the experimental class I realized that it would be really worth it and now I don't trade it for anything! I love Box, it's where I start my day, and since then my mornings haven't been the same anymore! Gratitude, that you continue with this professionalism and attention to all your students!
