★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Equipamentos um tanto quanto ultrapassados, mensalidade não condiz com a qualidade da academia. Parei de treinar lá pois o estabelecimento fecha para horário de almoço. ISSO NÃO EXISTE! Muitas pessoas treinam justamente no horário de almoço, devido a rotina de trabalho. Com uma Smart Fit no mesmo bairro decerto perderam muitos clientes.
Equipment somewhat outdated, monthly payment does not match the quality of the gym. I stopped training there because the establishment closes for lunch. THAT DOES NOT EXIST! Many people train just at lunchtime because of the work routine. With a Smart Fit in the same neighborhood certainly lost many customers.

Aparelhagem top...ar condicionado a sala e bem refrigerada, tem bom cafezinho.
Os professores são bons e atenciosos e fica próximo da minha residência q próximo a faculdade Estácio.
Recomendo
Top ... serves me in every way.
Top equipment ... air conditioning in the room and well refrigerated, has good coffee.
The teachers are good and attentive and it is close to my residence q next to Estácio college.

Lá os profissionais me ajuda na minha reabilitação pois sofre de fibromialgia e hernia de disco. Estou me sentindo outra pessoa, minhas dores estão sendo controlada minha autoestima lá em cima? obrigada o grande professor e dono da academia Cristiano por me ajudar e me da muita atenção. Porque são poucos profissionais que se dedica tanto pra ver o resultado nos seus clientes. Obrigado ao demais professores por se dedicar ao máximo sem contar a simpatia nota 10.❤??????
Good Morning! I've been at this gym for seven months. And I see a great result in my life. There the professionals help me in my rehabilitation because I suffer from fibromyalgia and herniated disc. I'm feeling like someone else, my pain is being controlled my self-esteem up there? thank you to the great teacher and owner of the gym Cristiano for helping me and giving me a lot of attention. Because there are few professionals who dedicate themselves so much to see the result in their clients. Thanks to the other teachers for dedicating themselves to the fullest not to mention the sympathy note 10.❤??????
