 When you look at the set, the best gym in Atibaia is shot. Teachers are attentive, the commitment to students is noticeable. The equipment is new and the atmosphere is great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia de bairro, excelente. Eu frequentava quando o dono era o Edinei, super gente boa. Várias esteiras, aparelhos bons, local limpo, agradável. Academia onde as pessoas respeitam o direito de outro aluno que deseja utilizar o mesmo aparelho e não ficam enrolando nos aparelhos com o celular na mão.
Neighborhood gym, excellent. I used to go when the owner was Edinei, super good people. Several treadmills, good appliances, clean, nice place. Academy where people respect the right of another student who wants to use the same device and do not sit around with the cell phone in hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comecei treinar no final de 2020 e tô amando em todos os sentidos, ótimos instrutores, limpeza nota 10, tratamento com os alunos 10, pessoas muito dedicadas, NÃO VISAM SOMENTE O DINHEIRO,acompanha o treino de cada aluno e isso faz a diferença nos dias de hj, eu recomendo q+ pessoas frequentem lá. Já passei por várias academias,mas nenhuma focava no aluno, isso é horrível e desmotiva a gente,ali eles acompanham os detalhes,pra evitar qq tipo de lesão, principalmente na coluna.
I started training at the end of 2020 and I am loving in every way, great instructors, cleanliness grade 10, treatment with students 10, very dedicated people, DO NOT ONLY SEE MONEY, follow the training of each student and it makes a difference in the days hj, I recommend q + people attend there. I have been to several gyms, but none focused on the student, this is horrible and demotivates us, there they follow the details, to avoid any type of injury, especially in the spine.

The Flex Gym wasn't that crowded when I went to the weight training so I could work out!
